David Anton received a
pleasant semester ending surprise as he attended the
last A&S student council meeting for the Spring 2006
semester.
Under the pretense that he was to report on student
services provided by the Math Lab and the Math Placement
exam, David graciously accepted the invitation to the
meeting. However, to kick off the meeting topics,
he was introduced to the council members and
representatives and then presented with the Spring 2006
Student Council Outstanding Student Service Award.
Congratulations to David! We appreciate all you
do!
The math department has had a wonderful presence with
this award as two of our staff members has been selected
for this award in the last three awards.
Deena Packer was the last staff member to
receive the award at the end of the Spring 2005
semester.
