WHAT IS IT?
Computer software packages that review Introductory and Intermediate Algebra and Trignonmetry are now available to students on the web. Students off campus can now access this award-winning math tutorial software. Campus students can now use the software conveniently at home.
The Introductory Algebra package reviews concepts needed for placing at Level 2 on the Math Placement Exam. The Intermediate Algebra package reviews concepts needed for placing at Level 3. The Trigonometry package reviews concepts for placing at Level 5.
These packages can also be used to supplement course instruction in courses such as MATH 0921, 0925, 1000, 1400, 1450, and 2200.
HOW DO I GET ACCESS?
The cost of using the web-based version is $20 for a year's access to all three tutorials. Only checks and cash are accepted for payment. As soon as you have made your payment a username and password will be assigned and you can begin using the software immediately.
Students interested in using the packages should contact the Math Department at 307-766-4221 or email gauss@uwyo.edu. You will need to provide a name, address and phone number.
