The Advanced Placement  exams provide HS students the means to earn college credit.  This event, first held during MAW 2006, is intended to provide students in AP or concurrent enrollment classes a practice opportunity.  The format for the contest is a 3-hour written test followed by the Honors ceremony where the winners of this contest are honored.

George Daniels is the event organizer.  George trained generations of HS calculus students while he was a HS teacher in Colorado, and is now writing the mock AP exams and training college students at UW.
